Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Events & Workshops

  • Full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.

  • No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the event, unless the event is canceled by us.

  • Rescheduling: If we reschedule, your ticket remains valid; refunds are available if you cannot attend the new date.

For Services

  • Full refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of payment and before work begins.

  • Partial refunds may be offered if work has started, based on the portion of work completed.

  • Non-refundable deposits apply if stated at booking.
